Last weekend, Tariq had the opportunity to surprise the 159th Fighter Wing, Louisiana Air National Guard in Bellechasse, LA with one of his creations resembling an F-15 aircraft, which he later was able to experience first hand. The Air Force base was celebrating family day for the servicemen and women. This gift from Sucré was our way of saying thank you for everything they do and sacrifice for us. As Tariq says, “They do what they do to allow us to be free to do what we do.” He especially wants to give thanks to Col. Roy V. Qualls, Commander, 159th Fighter Wing for such an amazing visit.

Thank you so much for the wonderful, edible piece of artwork. I walked in behind the four guys carrying the F-15 with my store bought pie and knew I had been upstaged. However, being a member of the 159th and a 19 year veteran I could not have been happier to witness the awe that this cake inspired. Again Thank you so much for making all of us feel so special.
