Special thanks to Stephan Iten from Felchlin and Swiss Chalet for lending their expertise to our staff this week. The Felchlin chocolate class brought chefs from around the region to our kitchen who helped our staff produce a buffet of new extravagant desserts. What a delicious learning experience!
