Shipping & Packaging
We take as much care in shipping your Sucré order as we do in making our handcrafted chocolates and confections. Please familiarize yourself with our shipping policies before you order:
Freshness & Care
- Artisan Chocolate Bars Chocolate bars can be kept at a cool consistent temperature for 6 months and should not be kept in a location higher than 80 º.
- Individual Chocolates Our ganache base chocolates have a shelf life of 30 days and should be kept at a cool consistent temperature in the 70’s.
- Macaroons (Assorted, Chocolate Covered & Seasonal) All macaroons can be frozen for 3 months in an air tight container and can be left for approximately
- 1 week in a cold case. Once removed from freezer, allow 4 hours for product to thaw. We are aware that all cold cases are different so please do your best to maintain the highest quality.
- Marshmallows Marshmallows have a shelf life of 3 month and should be kept in a cool consistent temperature
- Toffee Toffee maintains a 3 month shelf life and should be kept at a cool consistent temperature
- Southern Candied Pecans Candied pecans maintain a 6 month shelf life and should be kept at a cool consistent temperature
- Drinking Chocolates (Extra Dark & Peppermint Stick) Drinking chocolates maintain a 6 month shelf life and should be kept at a cool consistent temperature
To ensure your confections arrive fresh and with no environmental damage, we package them using the industry’s newest technology, including crush-proof trays, insulated shipping boxes, frozen gel packs, and dry ice when necessary. Orders are subject to $8.00 charge for cooling materials (if necessary).
Shipping Information
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to APO/PO addresses at this particular time. Please provide US street address and include the appropriate suite or apartment numbers when necessary to ensure delivery. We will not be responsible for packages that are returned as undeliverable, lost packagesor packages damaged by the elements after delivery. If a returned package needs to be reshipped,an additional shipping charge will apply.
FedEx is our preferred shipping vendor. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately after your package arrives. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in new, unused and uneaten condition for full refund.
We are not able to offer refunds on shipping delays due to weather, strike, mechanical failure, or circumstances beyond our control.

All orders leave our facility by 6PM. See map above for estimated time in transit for Standard 3 day delivery.
