To ensure your confections arrive fresh and with no environmental damage, we package them using the industry's newest technology, including crush-proof trays, insulated shipping boxes, frozen gel packs, and dry ice when necessary. Orders may be subject to $8.00 charge for cooling materials (if necessary).
Because we want you to enjoy your confections as much as we do, we ONLY ship Monday through Thursday. Sucré does NOT ship Friday through Sunday due to the fragility of our products, which we want to arrive at your door in perfect condition. Therefore, our packages are not in transit over the weekend. All orders placed after Tuesday at 1pm CST with 3 day select shipping will be held until the following Monday. All orders placed after Wednesday at 1:00pm CST with 2 day select shipping will be held until the following Monday.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to APO/PO addresses at this particular time. Please provide US street address and include the appropriate suite or apartment numbers when necessary to ensure delivery. We will not be responsible for packages that are returned as undeliverable, lost packages or packages damaged by the elements after delivery. If a returned package needs to be reshipped, an additional shipping charge will apply.
FedEx is our preferred shipping vendor. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately after your package arrives. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in new, unused and uneaten condition for full refund.
We are not able to offer refunds on shipping delays due to weather, strike, mechanical failure, or circumstances beyond our control.
*Please note, We cannot ship alcohol to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, and Utah. In all other states, delivery requires signature from recipient age 21 or over.
