Freshness and Care Statement
Our chocolates are made with fresh cream and should be consumed within 21 days. Our chocolates are best enjoyed at room temperature. Our macaroons are best if consumed within 7 days. Refrigerate macaroons in an airtight container and serve cool to the touch.

Shipping Information

We take as much care in shipping your Sucré order as we do in making our handcrafted chocolates and confections. Please familiarize yourself with our shipping policies before you order.

To ensure your confections arrive fresh and with no environmental damage, we package them using the industry's newest technology, including crush-proof trays, insulated shipping boxes and frozen gel packs when necessary.

Seasonal Shipping Rates

We ship Monday through Thursday. We do not ship Friday through Sunday due to the fragility of our products.

2 Day Priority: $12.95
Overnight: $18.95

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to APO/PO addresses at this particular time. Please provide a continental US street address and include the appropriate suite or apartment numbers when necessary to ensure proper delivery. We will not be responsible for packages that are returned as undeliverable, lost packages or packages damaged by the elements after delivery. If a returned packaged needs to be reshipped, an additional shipping charge will apply.

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately after your package arrives. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in new, unused and uneaten condition for full refund.
