Sucre ships chocolates all over of the worldWe take as much care in shipping your Sucre order as we do in making our delicious chocolates and confections. We offer overnight and 2nd day shipping.
To ensure your chocolates arrive fresh and with no environmental damage, we package them using the industry's newest technology, with crush-proof trays inside of insulated shipping boxes containing frozen gel packs.
Because temperatures vary across the country, we strongly encourage OVERNIGHT SHIPPING and we may choose not to ship over the weekend in order to ensure premium quality upon arrival. For this reason, we cannot guarantee Monday deliveries. NOTE: During the warm summer months (June - October), we recommend that customers select the "OVERNIGHT SHIPPING" shipping option when placing an order. While we use the most innovative cold packaging in order to ensure that your chocolates arrive at your door as fresh as possible, we cannot guarantee against damage due to heat when 2nd Day shipping is selected.
Sucre currently ships to U.S. addresses only.
Due to the fragility of our product, unfortunately we cannot ship to APO/PO addresses at this particular time. Please provide a street address, as we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Be sure to include the appropriate suite or apartment numbers when necessary to ensure proper delivery, and that someone is home to receive the order, as all orders require a signature on delivery. In the event a signature release waiver is on file, we will not be responsible if the package is lost or damaged by the elements after delivery.
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately after your package arrives. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new, unused, and uneaten condition for refund.
We are not responsible for shipping delays while your product is in transit due to weather, strike, mechanical failure, or circumstances beyond our control, and are not able to offer refunds for those reasons.
